The recordings presented on the Products webpage are currently available in high quality stereo (192 kbps) MP3 format for your personal listening convenience.

To order, use the Add to Cart buttons to select an item, and use a View Cart button to return to your shopping cart and check out with a credit card or your PayPal account. All information is securely processed through PayPal.

On completion of your payment, you will receive immediate access to your download. No passwords are necessary. PayPal will automatically open a completed payment page that will include a link shown as, "return to sales(at)rockscallop.org." Click that link and then a subsequent link to get to your instant download page.

In addition, you will receive an email from softseller.com with the subject line, "Your John Hartog Natural Soundscape Recording order," and this email will contain a direct link to the instant download page. This information will be sent to the email address you used for your payment.

Your instant download link will remain active for 24 hours. If the link expires before you have a chance to complete your download, contact us and we will send you a new link.

Each product will be delivered as a single zipped folder. We use zipped folders so that an entire album, which may include multiple audio tracks, album art, and related documentation, can be downloaded as a single file instead of multiple downloads.

Once on your computer, the zipped folder must be extracted for the audio to be playable. To extract on a Windows system, right click and select "Extract All". To extract on a Mac system, double click on the zipped folder.
